Whether you are a dual-diploma or full-time student, when you believe you have completed the Graduation Requirements of your program, you shall submit an Application for Graduation.
You should only complete the Application for Graduation if you are graduating at the end of this academic year.

Need a transcript sent directly to a school or university?
Official Transcripts are certified records, and students should only request a transcript if they are applying to a university or transferring schools/programs.
When applying to a university, an OFFICIAL transcript can be sent directly to the university, from registrar to registrar. If this is required, please complete the following form:

Procedure Upon Having Documents Apostilled or Authenticated
• Apostille - if the country in which the document(s) will be used is party to the Hague Convention, an apostille certificate is affixed to documents by the Office of the Secretary of State and returned to the address provided by the customer. No further action is required.
• Authentication - if the country in which the document(s) will be used is not a party to the Hague Convention, a certificate of authentication is affixed to the documents by the Office of the Secretary of State and returned to the address provided by the customer, who must then submit the documents to the U.S. Department of State for application of the Seal of the U.S. Department of State. The document then goes to the embassy for their stamp.
We would be happy to assist with obtaining an apostille from the Washington, DC Secretary of State on your diploma or transcript. We will notarize these for you. The entire process generally takes approximately 1-2 weeks
An apostille certificate is a certificate that has an international format, and all apostille certificates will be in the same format, regardless of which state, or country it comes from. For an apostille on a notarized document, it can be from any secretary of state, meaning if your document is from Maine, it can receive an apostille from Washington DC, or Ohio, or Indiana. The secretary of state office will need to have a notarization from a notary within that state. We notarize a document with a Washington DC notary so that it will be accepted by the DC secretary of state. If your document was issued from a state other than Washington DC, please confirm in the country of submission if they will accept an Apostille seal from another state.
